How long does shipping take?

Usually your SNUSBOX will reach you within 1-4 working days !

As soon as your shipment has left the warehouse, you can track your shipment

Where do you deliver?

Currently, delivery of your Snusbox is only possible to Germany

How much is the shipping?

For orders over 60€ you enjoy free shipping to your home!

For all orders below this value, a shipping fee of 4.90€ will be charged

Can I track my package?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you can track and trace your SNUSBOX .

Using your order number or shipment tracking number, you can track the current location of your SNUSBOX in track shipment

Can I return items?

Of course, you can return items to us that do not meet your expectations! Please read the cancellation policy page to ensure a smooth process. Please note that all containers must be in their original sealed condition for return!

Can customs duties be incurred?

No! No customs duties can be charged, as each SNUSBOX is shipped from our logistics center and therefore no border outside the EU is crossed
